Totally GlobalSign resell SSL certificates internationally and we realise the convenience of viewing prices and making payment in a currency that you recognise and understand, this is why we accept multi currency payments.

We also realise some customers prefer to pay by payment methods they trust and are familiar with. This is why we decided to accept PayPal and purchase orders in addition to debit/credit cards. If your preferred payment method is not listed, please let us know. We may add it to the list in the future.

All debit/credit card transactions will appear on your card statement as "FUTURE INTERNET SE" or "FUTURE INT", as Totally GlobalSign is a trading name of Future Internet Services Ltd.

Refunds

If you have a problem with any certificate purchased from us, we are able to offer excellent technical support to help you rectify the issue. Beyond this, we have an agreement in place with GlobalSign to enable you to request technical support directly from them.

We are able to assist with most issues and reissue any certificate where necessary. However, should you discover your certificate does not work for your intended purpose and we cannot find a solution for you, we offer a full 7 day money back guarantee on all SSL certificates.

If you cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the certificate, you are entitled to a full refund of the fee paid. Your request must be made directly to Totally GlobalSign. Please ensure you have removed your certificate from your server. Please request the refund by email.
