Purchase order eligibility

Totally GlobalSign supply many Schools, Colleges, Universities, Charities, Local Authorities and other Government Organisations and are familiar with the normal purchasing procedures and requirements.

Therefore the following organizations are welcome to pay by invoice providing we receive a signed official purchase order.

• Local and National Government
• Police
• NHS
• Educational organizations such as schools, colleges and universities
• Registered Charities

Purchase Orders are accepted in either Pounds Sterling or US Dollars.

We regret that purchase orders are not accepted from private individuals.

As most businesses have access to a company credit card, we would ask that you make payment for your order by this method if possible.

Pay by invoice

If your organization cannot pay online for your SSL certificate order, we may be able to accept a purchase order from you, and invoice you after the certificate has been issued.

We will invoice you in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and you may pay either by a cheque (issued by a UK bank) or make a direct payment into our bank account.

Our usual invoice terms are 30 days net.

This is the most popular payment method for school SSL certificates and other government SSL certificates.

Purchase order procedure

To place an order, you should still initiate the order online as we require your CSR and other details. Please ensure you select "purchase order" as your payment method, this way the order system will not request an online payment from you.

You are required to follow this up with an officially signed purchase order from your organization within 3 days, otherwise the online order may be automatically removed.

Signed purchase orders can be scanned and emailed, faxed or sent by post. Please see our contact us page for the necessary information.
